Writing and drama have gone hand-in-hand for Sara for a long time now. Her experience on stage began in elementary and middle school, and it continued through high school and college, with numerous productions and competitions, as well as writing skits for church camps and performing spoken word on a few occasions. Her passion for writing and the fine arts was only surpassed by a deep love for God and people. After working for a campus ministry, Sara had opportunities to direct and assistant direct in several high school shows before accepting a job as an English, Bible, and drama teacher at a Christian middle school for six years. During that time, she continued writing and published her first children’s book. This year, she is preparing for some new transitions and has decided to dedicate more of her time to writing. She’s so thrilled to join the 231Collective Team and see how God continues to use the arts to draw people towards His larger story!
